My pet peeve!
As most of you already know, I am home everyday all day with 2 young kids. My day consists of feeding kids, changing diapers, laundry, playing and cleaning up toys. By the end of the day, when both the kids are asleep, I sit down and feel as though I ran a marathon all day long. I am totally wiped out! So when I am ready to go to bed I am ready to go to sleep. I don't want to read, I don't want to watch TV, I just want to sleep. Well, last night my husband decides that he's going to come to bed at the same time as me, only to have me sink into my bed all comfy cozy ready for a good nights sleep and he decides that he's going to watch the 11 o'clock news, read the newspaper as well as have his lamp on (which by the way is so bright it could light up a runway). I was furious! This drives me absolutely crazy! When I go to bed it is to sleep, as far as I am concerned televisions shouldn't even be allowed in a bedroom. On that note...Good night everyone!

So here we go...Part THREE, with TWO kids and ONE hand!
I am really hoping that everyone had a good christmas holiday and I am thrilled to be doing part 3 with all of you. I am a little concerned as to how this is going to go considering this time around I now have 2 kids I have to worry about as oppose to just 1. The other tricky part about all of this is that I only one good working hand. This is very strange... so I had a serious injury to my right hand approximately 12 years ago. I got it caught in a machine, nothing was ever broken though just some torn ligaments...overall fairly minor injuries considering what happened. Well this injury has come back to haunt me. A couple of weeks ago it began to bother me a little, but I thought nothing of it. Sure enough it kept getting worse over the last 2 weeks. So, finally on monday I go to the doctors only to find out that I may have permanent damage to the nerves in my wrist. So for the next 2 weeks I have my hand and wrist in a splint to see if that helps. Not so easy trying to take care of 2 kids and do an on-line course with only one hand. Oh well, so far I am not doing too bad. I am typing with one hand and the girls are happy....oh ya my house is a total disaster, but oh well housework will just have to wait.
